Rights of Data Subjects Under GDPR

Right to Erasure (GDPR Article 17): The Data Subject has the right to request the erasure of personal data held by Seyhun Tur. İnş. Otelcilik Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. When the conditions specified in GDPR Article 17 occur, your personal data will be deleted by Seyhun Tur. İnş. Otelcilik Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. without undue delay.

Right to Restriction of Processing (GDPR Article 18):

In cases where Data Subjects object to the accuracy of their Personal Data, Data Subjects have the right to request that the use of their data be restricted until the accuracy of the Personal Data is confirmed by Seyhun Tur. İnş. Otelcilik Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Where the Data Subject requests the erasure of their Personal Data on the grounds that the personal data processing activity is unlawful, the Data Subject has the right to request that the use of the data be restricted until the request is fulfilled.

Where Seyhun Tur. İnş. Otelcilik Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. no longer needs the personal data for its processing purposes, the Data Subject has the right to request that the use of their data be restricted.

Where Data Subjects object to a processing activity pursuant to GDPR Article 21/1, Data Subjects have the right to request restriction of the use of their data until it is verified whether Seyhun Tur. İnş. Otelcilik Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.'s legitimate reasons for data processing outweigh the Data Subject's legitimate reasons.

Right to Data Portability (GDPR Article 20): The Data Subject has the right, where technically feasible, to apply at any time to request the transfer of their Personal Data held by Seyhun Tur. İnş. Otelcilik Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. to another controller. However, this right may only be exercised where data processing is based on consent or where required by a contract.

Right to Object (GDPR Article 21):

The rights of natural persons whose personal data is processed under Article 11 of KVKK are as follows:

a) to learn whether your personal data has been processed; b) to request information if your personal data has been processed; c) to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; d) to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad; e) to request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; f) to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law; g) to request notification of the transactions made pursuant to the above (d) and (e) clauses to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; h) to object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems; and i) to claim compensation for damages in the event of damage caused by unlawful processing of your personal data.
