Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1. The Customer is obliged to notify the Hotel of any request to modify the reservation at least 15 days before the date the service is scheduled to begin. Whether the Customer's stated requests can be fulfilled will be evaluated by Hotel Management based on the Hotel's availability, and this is unconditionally accepted by the Customer.

1.2. The Customer agrees and undertakes to immediately and completely pay any price differences arising from changes made in line with their request to Hotel Management. Otherwise, the change will not be processed, and if it has been processed, the change will be canceled by the Hotel. This matter is unconditionally accepted by the Customer.

1.3. The Customer agrees and undertakes that they may not transfer the purchased service to third parties.

1.4. If the Customer misses the service start time and does not notify in writing that they will participate in the service, the Hotel has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the Customer after 24 hours. In such cases, no refund will be made to the Customer. If the Customer notifies within 24 hours from the service start that they will participate again, they may benefit from the service.

1.5. As also stated in the preliminary information form provided to the Customer; the Customer has no right of withdrawal from this agreement.

In case the Customer has benefited from an early reservation discount, the fact that the Customer has absolutely no right of withdrawal from this agreement under any circumstances is unconditionally accepted by the Customer.

If the Customer notifies the Hotel in writing of their decision to refrain from using the purchased accommodation service or their cancellation request less than 14 days before the date the service is scheduled to begin, the amount paid by the Customer will not be refunded. Date change requests made by the Customer are evaluated by the Hotel based on availability.

If the Customer decides to withdraw from the service after checking into the Hotel, the Customer has no right to request a refund of the amount paid to the Hotel.

The fact that the Customer has no right of withdrawal from this agreement under any circumstances for reservations made for days recognized as national and religious holidays and public holidays in Turkey is unconditionally accepted by the Customer.

1.6. In the event that the Customer or their first-degree relatives have illnesses or deaths that prevent them from their habitual occupation for 10 (ten) days, if an official board report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital is submitted in writing before the commencement of the service, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded to the Customer within 30 (thirty) business days, excluding expenses arising from mandatory taxes, duties and similar legal obligations and documentable and non-refundable amounts paid to third parties.

1.7. If a customer who has been blacklisted by the Hotel for any reason makes a reservation via the online system, after the reservation form reaches the Hotel, the payment will be refunded to the Customer and the reservation will not be processed by the sales representative.

1.8. If the Customer wishes to terminate the use of the service on the grounds that the service performed is defective, in accordance with the obligation to cooperate with Hotel Management and act with due diligence, the Customer agrees and undertakes to notify the Hotel official and the hotel where they are staying in writing of the reasons for termination, otherwise it will be deemed that the service has been received and used, and there is no right to request a refund of the service fee subject to the agreement.

2. Force Majeure

In cases of war, terrorist acts or threats, political tensions, inability to exercise property rights, civil unrest, military or civilian coup or coup attempt, closure of borders and airspace, travel bans or travel advisories, accidents and natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions affecting air and land transportation directly or indirectly and negatively affecting general living conditions, strikes and lockouts, adverse economic events such as inflation, devaluation, trade embargoes, any restrictions on transportation, epidemic diseases, quarantine and similar circumstances that affect all or part of the country, the agreement may be suspended or terminated at the preference and notice of the party that cannot fulfill its obligations partially or completely, without waiting for documentation. It is unconditionally accepted by the Customer that no damages or compensation will be paid to the Customer by the Hotel in such cases.
